若君（鄭惠玉飾）轉換工作跑道，到靜好之家擔任ADN。靜好之家是集療養(yǎng)院和樂齡護理中心于一間的設施。若君的團隊包括職失去未婚夫的能治療師顏夜風（洪凌飾），喜歡上單親媽媽的醫(yī)療助理周留芒（黃振隆飾），還有求學時期愛戀夜風的富家子梅義士（張哲通飾）。在處理中心里長輩們的人生課題當中，醫(yī)護團隊成員也將各自有所成長。
