故事講述野鳥一次又一次被捕鳥人抓住、販賣、放生，在有限的自由里掙扎求存。女人在男人主導(dǎo)的社會(huì)中求生，不由自主的命運(yùn)同樣可憐。自小跟著阿嬤在山林長大，常?？带B兒飛翔、被抓、被放生、死亡，直至一天母親接他到城市的公寓同住。在局促不安的城市中與母親相依為命，但母親也不過是一只渴求愛卻受盡傷害的野鳥。為了生活，她當(dāng)上伺候男人的「酒店妹」；為了愛情，她承受暴力遍體鱗傷。山林的氤氳困住飛鳥，城市的哀號(hào)囚禁靈魂。自由只是假象，世界終究是個(gè)更大的囚籠，母子也不過求片刻安身。
